Site Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Site Management Specialist to lead construction projects from planning through completion. You will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing teams and budgets, and ensuring every project meets our high standards for safety, quality, and timeliness.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction sites end‑to‑end, managing schedules, budgets and resources to guarantee successful delivery.
• Lead site teams and supervise daily activities while ensuring full compliance with safety, quality and technical requirements.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, coordinating seamlessly across departments and stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to Project Managers and senior leadership.
