Spa Receptionist (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Join our hotel’s Spa & Fitness team as a Spa Receptionist and be the first point of contact for guests seeking wellness experiences. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage appointments, and ensure smooth daily operations while representing the brand’s hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a professional presence at the Spa & Fitness front desk, answer calls and schedule massages, treatments, classes, and personal training sessions.
• Greet and orient all visitors, obtain signed liability waivers, and supervise morning setup and closing duties.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all spa and fitness areas, meeting Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) requirements.
• Conduct regular facility walkthroughs throughout the day, covering fitness center, pool, and spa spaces.
• Manage the retail outlet, present products attractively, discuss items with guests, and process sales accurately using the POS system.
• Perform daily inventory counts, maintain stock levels, and assist the manager with supply ordering.
• Handle cash and POS reconciliation, submit paperwork to accounting, and enforce opening/closing procedures.
• Communicate guest inquiries or complaints to the manager promptly and support other areas as directed.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to create a warm, welcoming environment.
• Attention to detail for cleanliness, safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with spa and fitness staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating a Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system.
• Inventory management and stock control.
• Cash handling and basic financial reconciliation.
