About the role
The Spa Service Expert, also known as a Spa Receptionist, is the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa at our hotel in Doha. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, promote spa services and retail products, and ensure smooth reservation and payment processes.
Key responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail offerings to guests.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage spa reservations using the reservation system.
- Answer guest inquiries about spa treatments, facilities, and policies.
- Check‑in guests, process payments, and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain a safe and clean front‑desk environment, adhering to company policies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
Required skills
- Operation of reservation software.
- Payment processing and cash handling.
