Spa Therapist – Full-time

About the role

Provide professional massage and body treatment services to guests at the Westin spa in Doha, ensuring comfort, safety, and a high-quality experience. The role includes assessing guest needs, maintaining treatment rooms, and promoting spa services and retail products.

Key responsibilities

• Perform massage services using appropriate techniques, props, and products.
• Deliver body treatments such as scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.
• Assess guest health information and contraindications before each service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools, workstations, and treatment rooms.
• Promote and sell spa services and retail offerings to guests.
• Handle inappropriate guest behavior according to Marriott International SOPs.
• Monitor treatment schedules and adhere to time management throughout the day.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• At least one year of related spa or massage experience.
• State or regional massage license as required by local regulations.
• No supervisory experience required.
