Strategic Associate Coach Opportunity

About the role

MBK Talent is expanding its coaching ecosystem across the Middle East and is seeking certified coaches based in Qatar to join as Strategic Associate Coaches. This role moves beyond individual coaching to support institutional, organisational, and government clients through a range of wellbeing and performance programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individual coaching sessions to clients across wellbeing, leadership, and personal development.
• Participate in corporate wellbeing projects, leadership development programmes, and institutional transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops on happiness, strengths‑based development, and mental resilience.
• Collaborate with MBK Talent’s BetterUp and Happy+ ecosystems to align coaching delivery with regional strategic goals.
• Complete the Happiness & Impact Coach Certification and apply new competencies to real‑world projects.

Required profile

• Resident or citizen of Qatar.
• Certified, licensed, or professionally trained in one or more coaching domains such as wellbeing, executive, leadership, emotional intelligence, strengths‑based, NLP, organisational development, mental fitness, positive psychology, or personal transformation.
• Willingness to invest in and complete the Happiness & Impact Coach Certification.
• Open to project‑based or need‑based engagement models.
• Genuine interest in happiness, wellbeing, and human performance.

Required skills

• Coaching expertise in selected domains (e.g., wellbeing, executive, leadership, EQ, strengths‑based, NLP, organisational development, mental fitness, positive psychology).
