Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation (Remote)

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain at Toloka AI to translate real consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a Strategy Consultant you will work remotely to design realistic consulting project scenarios and evaluation frameworks that teach AI high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed, industry‑specific consulting project environments, including financials, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based grading systems.
• Collaborate with a team of former MBB consultants to ensure authenticity and rigor of the scenarios.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, or synthesising complex data.
