About the role
As a Switchboard Telephonist in our hotel’s Magic Center, you will be the first point of contact for guests calling in, delivering exceptional hospitality through friendly and professional phone support.
Key responsibilities
- Answer guest calls with an upbeat attitude, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities and operations.
- Relay accurate information to appropriate teams during emergency situations.
- Utilise the PBX system, computer applications and other communication tools to support daily operations.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Integrity, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to act as a leader and inspire others.
Required skills
- Experience using PBX telephone systems.
- Proficiency with standard computer applications.
