Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment initiatives for Rixos Qetaifan Island North, a new 345‑key luxury hotel and resort in Qatar. The role partners with business leaders to design and execute strategies that attract, assess and hire top talent across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement recruiting strategies aligned with business needs and headcount budgets.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring requirements and refine selection procedures.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, negotiate rates and ensure compliance with Qatar labour law.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, including Authority to Recruit and job descriptions.
• Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
• Oversee campus recruitment, student marketing and employer branding activities.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines, manage candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely communication.
• Leverage recruiting technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Manager in a large five‑star hotel or resort.
• Proven experience working in the Middle East, specifically Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar labour law and hiring procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment agencies and negotiate contracts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar recruitment platforms.
