Technical Project Manager – IT Workstream

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead the IT workstream for a core banking transformation, ensuring seamless delivery across infrastructure, applications, and quality assurance teams. You will coordinate vendors, govern architecture standards, and drive critical migration and testing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Align IT teams (infrastructure, apps, QA) to a unified delivery plan and governance structure.
• Manage vendors and enforce compliance with enterprise architecture and technical standards.
• Oversee environments, access controls, API/middleware integration, and system dependencies.
• Drive data migration initiatives, including ETL, data cleansing, security, and mock runs.
• Lead testing activities such as defect triage, performance testing, and release management.
• Execute cutover plans with runbooks, command‑center coordination, readiness planning, and rollback strategies.
• Govern CI/CD pipelines, code releases, and environment stability across Dev, Test, UAT, and Prod.
• Conduct non‑functional testing (performance, load, security, failover) to ensure banking resilience.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end management of core banking transformation programs, preferably with Temenos.
• Experience leading API and middleware integrations between core systems and enterprise platforms.
• Strong vendor and system‑integrator management, delivering against SLAs and contracts.
• Hands‑on experience with infrastructure and environment setup across multiple stages (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod).
