Test Manager – Oracle Cloud ERP & Workday Testing Lead

About the role

The Test Manager will serve as the central testing single point of contact for a large‑scale Oracle Cloud and Workday implementation program. You will lead the end‑to‑end testing lifecycle across multiple releases, ensuring quality and readiness for production.

Key responsibilities

• Define, govern and execute integrated test plans covering SIT, UAT, regression, performance, security, operational acceptance, payroll reconciliation and quarterly Oracle releases.
• Coordinate testing activities among business users, IT teams, implementation partners, internal applications and third‑party integrations.
• Manage test environments, data, scripts, requirements traceability, defect triage, entry/exit criteria, evidence collection, reporting and phase sign‑offs.
• Drive risk‑based testing, business‑critical end‑to‑end scenarios, test automation, metrics reporting and release‑readiness decisions.
• Ensure consistent testing governance across Oracle Cloud applications, custom solutions, interfaces, reports and integrated systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading testing for large, complex Oracle Cloud implementation programs, preferably covering Fusion ERP, HCM, Procurement, SCM, Payroll, EPM, Retail, WMS/OTM and OIC/PaaS integrations.
• Strong background in coordinating multi‑vendor, multi‑discipline testing efforts and senior stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Oracle’s testing methodology emphasizing risk‑based coverage, early defect detection and disciplined governance.

Required skills

• Oracle Cloud ERP functional testing (SCM, Finance, Procurement, HCM, Payroll, EPM, Retail).
• Oracle EBS – Finance and SCM.
• Workday HCM and Workday Procurement.
• Enterprise test‑management tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca or comparable automation platforms).
• Experience with integration testing of third‑party applications and cloud services.
