Training Cell Junior Supervisor (Aviation Maintenance)

About the role

The Training Cell Junior Supervisor supports the maintenance organisation by designing, implementing and maintaining competency tools that identify training needs and record completed training. Working closely with senior supervisors, the role ensures that all personnel can demonstrate compliance and competency across aircraft and workshop operations.

Key responsibilities

• Update training materials to reflect system changes, upgrades and regulatory updates.
• Maintain training schedules and delivery programmes as directed by the Senior Supervisor.
• Develop bespoke training courses, either by outsourcing or internal production.
• Deliver induction, continuation, manual handling and working‑at‑height training to all employees.
• Conduct SHE briefings in coordination with the on‑site SHE coordinator.
• Complete and manage training records to provide evidence of competency to regulatory authorities.
• Liaise with external agencies to arrange refresher and specialised training.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of aircraft and workshop competency profiles at all seniority levels.
• Ability to support maintenance personnel and managers in navigating training media and routes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as EASA, ITAR/E&PW and related contractual requirements.
• Familiarity with Safety Management System principles, including human factors and risk management.
