About the role

Join the food & beverage team at Accor’s Ibis and Adagio Doha hotel complex as a Waiter/Waitress. You will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for guests from around the world.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages efficiently, and ensure accurate delivery.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including allergens, and recommend pairings or upsell promotions.
• Handle cash register duties and process payments as assigned.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to guarantee smooth service flow.
• Assist teammates in maintaining cleanliness and overall standards across the restaurant and hotel areas.
• Flexibly support other departments when needed to meet business demands.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is an advantage.
• Strong focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
