About the role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to serve high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients in our Wealth Management and Private Banking division. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering a full suite of financial services while expanding existing relationships and acquiring new ones.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive financial solutions to HNW and wealth clients, aligning with their risk appetite.
  • Develop and execute plans to acquire new client relationships and deepen existing ones.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets while adhering to private banking service quality standards.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date client risk profiles and conduct quarterly portfolio reviews and annual rebalancing.
  • Research competitive offerings, gather client feedback, and propose new product ideas.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and all private banking policies and regulations.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • 3‑5 years of relationship management and sales experience in a leading international or regional private bank.
  • Proven track record of building relationships and closing business.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and investment management.
  • Understanding of market dynamics, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks.
