Wellness Coordinator

About the role

The Wellness Coordinator will be the first point of contact for guests and members at Asaya, Rosewood Doha’s exclusive wellness club. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, guide visitors through the club’s services and ensure a seamless, high‑standard experience that reflects the brand’s luxury hospitality ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and members, maintaining a professional and friendly environment.
• Promote and upsell Asaya’s services, facilities and retail products.
• Advise clients on suitable wellness experiences and tailor recommendations to their needs.
• Support therapists by providing product knowledge and assisting with retail sales.
• Process payments, vouchers, bookings and related paperwork accurately.
• Maintain the reception area and product displays, ensuring they are tidy and visually appealing.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast‑paced, upscale environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
