About the role
Join Microsoft’s Erada Internship as an Account Management Intern and support digital transformation projects while gaining hands‑on experience in sales and technology.
Key responsibilities
- Gather customer feedback to improve satisfaction and develop action plans.
- Coordinate virtual teams and stakeholders to engage decision‑makers in assigned accounts.
- Present Microsoft solutions, create value‑proposition presentations and business plans to drive upsells.
- Identify new opportunities and work with internal experts to gather industry data for account planning.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- Qatari nationality and legally authorized to work in Qatar.
- Fluency in English.
- Passion for technology and strong customer‑obsession.
Required skills
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts.
- Machine Learning fundamentals.
- Cloud Computing platforms.
- Microsoft technical certifications (e.g., Azure).
