Account Manager – Qatarization

About the role

This position supports the company’s Qatarization initiatives by managing and expanding its customer portfolio within Qatar. The Account Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for customers.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and follow up on business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records within company systems.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, account management, customer service or business development (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
