Commercial Lead - Digital Credit

About the role

The Commercial Lead will own the Digital Credit product's commercial P&L, driving growth while managing risk and profitability. You will shape the product proposition across customers, merchants and channels, and translate strategic targets into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Digital Credit commercial P&L, including GMV, revenue, discount rates, transaction costs, credit losses and acquisition costs.
• Develop and execute the commercial strategy, defining target segments, merchant categories, pricing and growth priorities.
• Manage the merchant value proposition, onboarding framework, negotiations and performance monitoring.
• Lead the customer acquisition funnel from eligibility to activation, repeat usage and re‑activation, working with Marketing, CRM and distribution partners.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as GMV, active customers, approval rates, utilization, average ticket and margin, and adjust plans accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in product/commercial management, consumer lending, BNPL, payments or digital banking, with proven P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Working knowledge of credit risk, repayments, compliance and regulated financial products.
