Accounts Supervisor

About the role
We are seeking an Accounts Supervisor to lead the daily financial operations of Staybridge Suites Doha Lusail. The role ensures accurate, timely accounting and supports the hotel’s commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
- Review and validate daily revenue reports across all hotel outlets.
- Supervise income audit activities and maintain strong internal controls.
- Manage supplier payments, credit collections and support payroll review.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting, forecasting and audit preparation.
- Lead, train and support a small accounting team.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel accounting.
- Strong understanding of hospitality property systems such as Opera, Micros or SunSystems.
- Excellent analytical, leadership and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and effective time‑management skills.
