Arabic Receptionist – Doha

About the role

Premier Inn is looking for an enthusiastic Arabic‑speaking Receptionist to join its front‑office team in Doha. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check‑in and check‑out experience while upholding the brand’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors and suppliers in person and over the phone.
• Provide accurate information on room rates, promotions, local attractions and hotel services.
• Handle reservations, cancellations and payment processing following cash‑handling procedures.
• Identify corporate leads and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Monitor online guest feedback and suggest improvements.
• Perform general office duties such as correspondence, email handling and filing.
• Maintain reception supplies and stationery levels.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments for prompt resolution.
• Ensure guest safety in line with hotel safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum one‑year experience as a hotel receptionist or front‑office staff.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera Property Management System (PMS).
• Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading and writing).
