About the role
The role focuses on designing and implementing operating models, business processes, and transformation initiatives for a leading financial institution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in banking, business analysis, strategy, transformation, or operating model projects.
- Experience with corporate, institutional, or transaction banking environments is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI‑PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency with business analysis tools: Planview, JIRA, Visio, Figma.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and data‑visualisation/reporting platforms.
