About the role
The Assistant Server supports the Food Server in delivering an exceptional dining experience at Nobu, the world‑renowned restaurant within Four Seasons Hotel Doha. This onsite position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment and enjoy interacting with guests.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Food Server in setting up, serving, and clearing tables according to Four Seasons standards.
- Ensure tables are cleared promptly and reset neatly for the next guests.
- Support the smooth operation of the dining floor by coordinating with kitchen and bar staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the shift.
- Provide courteous, attentive service to guests, anticipating their needs.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
- Strong teamwork mindset and ability to collaborate with colleagues across the restaurant.
