About the role

The Barista will use expert knowledge of coffees and pastries to create and serve hot or cold beverages tailored to guest preferences in a luxury resort setting. The role demands a can‑do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an eye for detail.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, both hot and cold.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee station in line with Four Seasons standards.
• Listen to guest requests, provide recommendations, and ensure a personalized experience.
• Collaborate with team members to handle high‑volume service efficiently.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns promptly and courteously.

Required skills

• Basic coffee preparation knowledge (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.).
• Understanding of coffee bean sourcing, roasting, and grinding processes.
• Ability to differentiate flavor profiles and adjust brewing methods accordingly.
