Barista

About the role

Join the Pullman hotel team as a Barista and deliver friendly, professional service to guests. You will be responsible for preparing a wide range of hot and cold beverages while maintaining the high standards of the Accor brand.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks and latte art using espresso machines and grinders.
• Maintain full knowledge of beverage menus, promotions, garnishes, and preparation methods.
• Assist guests with menu information and recommendations.
• Follow outlet policies, safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure the outlet remains clean, organized, and presents an excellent first impression.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Barista.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and attentive to guest needs.

Required skills

• Point of sale system experience.
