About the role
The Bodyshop Quality Controller ensures that all vehicle repairs meet the required quality standards before delivery to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct quality testing and assurance for all repairs according to job orders.
- Monitor implementation of quality standards and report any deviations.
- Perform detailed final inspections of vehicles prior to delivery.
- Identify additional work needed during inspections and inform Service Reception.
- Maintain records of quality inspections and compile monthly quality level reports with improvement recommendations.
- Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards are upheld in line with legal requirements and company policy.
- Report out‑of‑line conditions to the Branch Service Manager and document corrective actions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate manager.
Required profile
- Dealership experience.
- Valid Qatar driving license.
