About the role

The Business Delivery Specialist – Medical Operations will support the line manager in ensuring seamless and efficient operations across all QR medical facilities. The role focuses on optimizing resources, improving patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the line manager to develop long‑term strategic plans for the department.
• Assist teams in executing expansion plans that align with organizational strategy.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization and service delivery.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance patient care quality and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust operations as needed.
• Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to improve patient experience and satisfaction.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor budget expenditures, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and promote financial efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement staff development programs and provide leadership to administrative and support teams.
