About the role

The Business Development Director will lead the company’s growth initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the brand’s reach. This senior position oversees sales, marketing, customer‑service, and client relationship teams to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and emerging markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors.
• Evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts, improving what works and revising what does not.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across sales, marketing, and customer service to increase lead generation and market share.
• Research new markets, recommend new services, and propose strategic partnerships.
• Shape long‑term company objectives and develop plans to achieve them.
• Conduct webinars, presentations, and RFP responses to raise brand visibility.
• Negotiate contracts with prospective vendors and travel to key locations as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior business development or commercial leadership roles.
• Strong track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
