About the role
The Makeup Artist will provide expert makeup services to customers, including event makeup, beauty transformations, and personalized consultations. This position plays a key role in driving sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge while staying current with makeup trends.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup application for events and individual consultations.
- Educate customers on the latest makeup techniques and product offerings.
- Recommend and sell products tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Maintain brand standards in visual presentation, stock displays, and store hygiene.
- Handle POS transactions, monitor inventory, and ensure store security.
- Engage customers warmly, convert shoppers into buyers, and promote the loyalty program.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of professional makeup artistry experience, preferably in a retail or beauty environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on building client relationships.
