Business Development Manager – Outsourcing (Qatar)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Outsourcing to lead client acquisition, revenue growth and market expansion in Qatar. The role will focus on building strategic accounts, managing the full sales cycle and fostering long‑term relationships with enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across Qatar.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Generate opportunities through networking, referrals, market research and industry relationships.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and manage the complete sales lifecycle.
• Develop relationships with key decision‑makers, manage strategic accounts and pursue upselling and cross‑selling.
• Respond to RFPs, RFQs, tenders and lead proposal development, pricing and negotiations.
• Coordinate with delivery, technical, HR, finance and legal teams to prepare competitive proposals.
• Establish strategic partnerships with technology firms, recruitment agencies and other business partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations, develop pricing strategies and monitor revenue, margins and sales performance.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, track leads and prepare regular business development reports.
• Lead, mentor and support Business Development Executives/Coordinators, setting sales objectives and fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in business development, enterprise sales or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong experience in at least one of the following areas: outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, manpower services, IT services, IT outsourcing, managed services, technology consulting or professional services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
