Business Development & Sales Manager – Real Estate Advertising

About the role

Mzad Qatar is seeking an experienced Business Development and Sales Manager to grow its real‑estate advertising portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring developers, agencies, brokers and property companies as paying advertisers for listings, premium placements and digital marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new real‑estate advertisers across Qatar, including developers, brokerage firms, agencies and property management companies.
• Convert industry contacts and prospects into paying advertising clients.
• Sell property listing packages, premium placements and digital advertising solutions tailored to client objectives.
• Develop and execute a sales plan to increase advertising revenue and expand the client portfolio.
• Arrange meetings with business owners, marketing heads and decision‑makers; prepare presentations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms, close agreements and coordinate campaign activation with internal teams.
• Manage client relationships, secure renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report on activity, proposals, closed deals and revenue forecasts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for revenue, new clients and renewals.
• Represent Mzad Qatar at property exhibitions, industry events and corporate meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in Qatar in real‑estate business development, property advertising, classified advertising or B2B sales serving real‑estate companies.
• Established professional network within Qatar’s real‑estate sector with access to decision‑makers.
• Proven record of personally acquiring clients and generating revenue, with clear sales achievements.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strong understanding of Qatar’s property market and advertising needs of real‑estate businesses.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
