Business Development Team Lead – GCC

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Team Lead to drive growth in the GCC market for our award‑winning online trading platform. You will lead a team of Business Development Managers, set sales targets and shape partnership strategies across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers focused on the GCC market.
• Set, monitor and align individual and team sales targets with regional objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to recruit and grow Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and institutional partners.
• Provide training on market trends, sales techniques and Libertex offerings.
• Coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve partner experience.
• Analyse team performance, prepare reports and present insights to senior management.
• Represent the company at expos, conferences and client meetings.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development within the GCC, including at least 2 years in a team‑lead role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proven track record of building and motivating high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of GCC financial markets, IB networks and trading regulations.
