Chef de Partie

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Doha is looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to join its acclaimed culinary team. In this position you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality dishes that reflect the brand’s luxury standards while working in a dynamic, five‑star hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with Sous Chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock rotation, and report any shortages.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.

Required profile

• Minimum six years of professional culinary experience, preferably in upscale hotel or fine‑dining establishments.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
