About the role
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will shape and execute the company’s commercial strategy across Qatar and the GCC. Reporting to senior leadership, the CCO is accountable for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial growth strategy.
- Lead sales, business development, marketing, and customer relationship functions.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and market expansion initiatives.
- Identify new markets, products, and business opportunities.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and key account relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand.
- Design pricing strategies and commercial policies.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Build and develop high‑performing commercial teams.
- Present commercial performance and growth plans to executive management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of commercial leadership experience, with at least 7 years in a senior executive role.
- Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth.
- Extensive B2B sales, business development and strategic planning experience.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in the GCC market is highly preferred.
