As a Concierge Agent at a premier luxury hotel in Doha, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking personalized assistance. Your mission is to create memorable experiences by anticipating needs and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide recommendations and arrange dining, transportation, tours, events, and local attractions.
• Coordinate special services such as medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs.
• Manage guest communications, including messages, mail, packages, and faxes.
• Support VIP guests with seamless registration and elevated service.
• Promote hotel offerings by sharing marketing materials and encouraging use of on‑site services.
