Corporate Banking Relationship Manager

About the role

The Corporate Banking Relationship Manager will lead and grow relationships with large corporate and strategic clients in Qatar, driving new business and expanding wallet share.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large corporate and strategic client relationships, including credit proposals and financial analysis.
• Structure and oversee corporate, working capital, project, real estate, trade, syndicated and acquisition financing.
• Handle letters of credit, bank guarantees and large‑ticket financing.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk, covenants, collateral and facility utilization.
• Coordinate with Credit/Risk, Treasury, Trade Finance, Legal, Sharia, Compliance and Operations teams.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of banking experience with strong large corporate/corporate banking exposure.
• Proven track record in complex financing and large corporate relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business.
• Must be resident in Qatar with a valid QID.

Required skills

• Credit analysis and financial modelling.
• Structured finance, project finance, syndicated finance and real estate finance.
• Islamic banking products such as Murabaha, Tawarruq or Ijarah (highly preferred).
