Customer Service Representative – In‑Store (Doha)

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for shoppers at ABYAT’s Doha store, delivering a friendly and professional in‑store experience. You will handle inquiries, complaints, returns and provide accurate product and service information, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly, and positive in‑store experience.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and concerns.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, requests, returns, exchanges, and service‑related issues in accordance with company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally, escalating complex cases when required.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, deliveries, installations, payments, warranties, and after‑sales services.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Delivery, Installation, Finance, and other departments to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Follow up on complaints and pending requests until closure, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Register and maintain accurate records of interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the relevant systems.
• Support customers with order‑related inquiries and assist in tracking order status.
• Ensure all interactions comply with the company’s customer service standards.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate feedback to management for continuous improvement.
• Assist store operations during peak periods and help maintain an organized service area.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑orientation with a passion for helping shoppers.
• Confident in face‑to‑face communication and able to handle diverse customer situations.
• Good understanding of a retail environment and store processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal departments.
• Detail‑oriented with accurate record‑keeping skills.
