Customer Service Specialist – Fleet Insurance

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our motor and fleet insurance team. The role focuses on policy servicing, fleet declarations, and claims coordination, acting as the main liaison between clients, insurers, garages, and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Process day‑to‑day servicing of motor and fleet insurance policies, including additions, deletions, renewals, endorsements, and declarations.
• Maintain accurate fleet schedules and vehicle records, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
• Collect required documents from clients and follow up with insurers for certificates, endorsements, and approvals.
• Support clients throughout the motor claims lifecycle, from notification to closure, coordinating with garages, surveyors, loss adjusters, and insurers.
• Track pending requests, provide timely updates, and ensure all communications are recorded accurately.
• Assist internal teams with motor insurance administration and client servicing tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in motor or fleet insurance, claims handling, garage coordination, car dealerships, rent‑a‑car operations, or insurance brokerage.
• Strong understanding of vehicle specifications, parts, repair processes, and related documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills in English; Arabic strongly preferred; French an advantage.
• Organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, and standard office systems.
