Deputy Store Manager

About the role

ULTA Beauty is preparing to launch its first stores in Qatar and seeks an experienced Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales, service, and operational targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop store teams to maximise performance and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain consistent delivery of high‑standard customer service.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ensure smooth day‑to‑day store operations.
• Provide feedback on team performance, product trends, and customer insights.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of staff.
• Act as Store Manager’s deputy during periods of absence.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Background in beauty, cosmetics, health & beauty, or premium retail environments.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and driving commercial performance.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational and computer skills.
