Reservation Supervisor

About the role

The Reservation Supervisor will lead the daily reservations operations for Ibis and Adagio Doha, ensuring accurate handling of booking enquiries, amendments and cancellations while supporting the hotel’s commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Reservations Agents to meet service and performance targets.
• Manage individual, corporate, group and long‑stay reservations, monitoring room availability, rates, inventory and booking conditions.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, Front Office and Finance to align pricing strategies and revenue goals.
• Handle guest enquiries and reservation‑related complaints professionally.
• Prepare reservation reports, track booking trends and ensure compliance with Accor standards and data protection requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hotel reservations experience, preferably with supervisory or senior Reservations Agent experience.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
