Director of Shared Services

About the role

Gulf Helicopters Company is seeking a senior leader to head its Shared Services function. The Director will oversee Human Resources, Information Technology, Facility Management, Training, and Corporate Strategy Planning, ensuring seamless internal operations and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute shared‑services strategies that support the organization’s vision and mission.
• Provide expert advice to executive management on all shared‑services matters.
• Set departmental goals, KPIs, and governance frameworks, and monitor performance.
• Lead HR initiatives including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, succession planning and compliance with labor regulations.
• Direct IT operations, infrastructure management, cybersecurity, business applications, and drive digital‑transformation projects.
• Manage facility maintenance, regulatory compliance, vendor relationships, and workplace safety.
• Oversee technical and non‑technical training programs to ensure regulatory compliance and capability development.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience leading multi‑disciplinary shared‑services functions.
• Proven track record of strategic planning, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of HR, IT, facility management and training best practices.
• Ability to align service delivery with corporate strategy and drive digital transformation.
