About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for a Document Controller / Administrator in Doha to keep project documents organised and flowing smoothly. The role covers both electronic and physical filing, tracking of project documents and support for reporting and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain an organised electronic and physical document filing system.
- Register, track and distribute incoming and outgoing project documents.
- Maintain document numbering, revision control and submission registers.
- Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports from the technical team.
- Update work order trackers, maintenance logs and outstanding action lists.
- Maintain attendance records, manpower reports and administrative registers.
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on assigned actions.
- Coordinate document submissions, approvals and retrieval requests.
- Support preparation of completion reports and project handover documents.
- Handle project information accurately and confidentially.
