Domain Sales Director

About the role

The Domain Sales Director will lead the Global Sales organization for the Solution Area Business & Operations Support Systems (SBOS), driving business development and technical support for Data & AI solutions. Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate global initiatives into actionable plans for market areas and ensure commercial sign‑off for complex proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales targets for Data & AI offerings within designated market areas and solution portfolios.
• Build and maintain relationships with external customers, partners and internal stakeholders (CU/MA/BA).
• Develop and present business and technological value propositions aligned with customer use cases.
• Lead solution offering processes, ensuring compliance with internal methodologies and cost‑effective reuse of assets.
• Coordinate with SBOS Portfolio/Services to align product roadmaps, solution scoping and pricing.
• Support commercial management in defining optimal commercial strategies for opportunities.
• Contribute to sales readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, ICT or a related field; Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in senior sales or business development roles within the telecom/ICT sector.
• Strong change‑management, decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, geographically diverse matrix organization.
