Talent Sourcing Officer

About the role

Al Damani Oil & Gas Services is looking for a proactive Talent Sourcing Officer to support recruitment and manpower activities. The role involves sourcing qualified candidates, screening CVs, and maintaining an organized talent database for current and future client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, CV databases, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen candidates on experience, qualifications, availability, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
• Prepare professional candidate profiles and shortlists for client presentation.
• Maintain an accurate and organized candidate database.
• Communicate and follow up with candidates throughout the sourcing process.
• Identify strong candidates for Al Damani's talent pool for future manpower requirements.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, manpower supply, or talent acquisition.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, Engineering, Construction, or technical recruitment is preferred.
