About the role
The Junior HR Business Partner will support Doha Festival City Mall, driving a high‑performance culture and ensuring HR practices align with company policies and Qatar labour law.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day HR business partnering to managers and employees, handling queries, onboarding, probation, and off‑boarding.
- Manage employee relations cases, maintain accurate SAP entries for budgeting and workforce planning, and support talent acquisition processes.
- Coordinate training needs, employee engagement events, and talent review processes.
- Oversee outsourced manpower agency contracts, payroll, and attendance compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in administration or HR.
- At least 5 years of HR experience in a large organization, with knowledge of Qatar Labour Law.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP (PeopleHub) for HR data management.
- Experience with HR case management and employee relations.
