External Audit Manager

About the role

Reliance Consultancy LLC, a leading international consultancy, is expanding its External Audit practice in Qatar. The External Audit Manager will lead a small team of auditors, ensuring high‑quality audit delivery while contributing to business development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of external auditors on multiple client engagements.
• Plan, execute, and review audit procedures in accordance with professional standards.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow the audit portfolio.
• Ensure timely delivery of audit reports and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to junior staff.

Required profile

• Qualified auditor or accountant (CPA, ACCA, IIA, CTA or equivalent).
• Minimum four years of experience in a top‑four accounting firm or large consultancy.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Demonstrated managerial or supervisory experience.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of International Auditing Standards.
• Proficiency in audit methodology and risk assessment.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
