About the role

We are seeking a motivated Female Filipino Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join a prestigious salon in Doha. The role involves greeting clients, handling appointments and providing administrative support in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients professionally at the front desk.
  • Manage telephone calls, messages, and client inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments, bookings and follow‑ups.
  • Maintain accurate customer and administrative records.
  • Support daily clerical tasks and coordinate with salon staff.
  • Assist with sales and customer service activities.
  • Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.

Required profile

  • Female Filipino candidate, preferably with a transferable visa.
  • Positive, friendly and professional attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Available to join immediately.
