Finance Manager – Loyalty Program

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Financial Controller to lead the end‑to‑end finance function for the Hayyoh Loyalty Program. The role will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, cash‑flow management and reporting while ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance function for the loyalty program, managing daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records.
• Prepare annual budgets, develop financial forecasts, monitor budget performance and conduct variance analysis.
• Produce monthly financial reports, P&L statements, balance sheets, cash‑flow statements and management performance reports.
• Manage the General Ledger, review journal entries, perform account reconciliations and oversee month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Monitor cash flow, prepare forecasts, optimise working capital and support treasury activities.
• Track loyalty points liability, rewards costing and ensure accurate accounting of loyalty transactions.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, support internal and external audits, develop accounting policies and maintain financial controls.
• Identify financial risks, perform risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Support procurement contracts, provide commercial finance analysis and manage invoices, payments and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with executive management, commercial teams, auditors and vendors to provide financial guidance.

Required profile

• Minimum 7–10 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in a senior or controller role.
• Strong expertise in IFRS, financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, ERP systems, internal controls and audits.
• Proven ability to manage cash flow, risk assessment and commercial finance functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA or CMA are preferred.
