Front Desk Manager – Front Office

About the role

Beach Rotana is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Manager to lead its Front Office operations in Doha. The successful candidate will ensure seamless reception services, drive revenue through up‑selling, and uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Gather guest feedback and preferences, initiating actions to maximise satisfaction.
• Optimise room revenue by up‑selling within guidelines and managing inventory during high occupancy.
• Promote the loyalty programme, food & beverage events, in‑house facilities and partner offers.
• Ensure accounting and auditing practices comply with company policies and governmental requirements, reviewing audits and registration cards before forwarding to accounts.
• Lead, coach and develop the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain colleague satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree in hospitality or related field.
• Previous experience in a hotel Front Office department.
• Fluent written and spoken English with immaculate personal presentation.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Proven leadership skills in a multicultural environment.
