Furniture Manufacturing Expert – Level 3

About the role

The Furniture Manufacturing Expert – Level 3 will lead end‑to‑end furniture production at Celeron’s Doha facility. Reporting to operations management, you will translate technical designs into efficient manufacturing processes, ensure product quality, and uphold safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to plan production runs.
• Guide and supervise shop‑floor activities, optimizing workflows for speed and cost.
• Monitor quality metrics and enforce compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and supply‑chain teams to align output with project timelines.
• Provide hands‑on training, coaching, and mentorship to production staff.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong background in manufacturing engineering with experience in furniture production.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing operations, workflow optimisation, and quality control.
• Effective communicator able to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to train technicians and develop SOPs.
• Technical diploma or degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Design or related field is advantageous.
• Experience with CAD drawings, production planning software and lean‑manufacturing methods.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects.
