Graduate Finance/Accounting Development Program

About the role

Nakilat is offering a Graduate Development program for fresh Qatari graduates in Finance and Accounting. The programme provides a structured Individual Development Plan (IDP) and on‑the‑job training to prepare participants for future responsibilities within one of the largest maritime companies in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in on‑the‑job training within finance and accounting functions.
• Apply academic knowledge to real‑world financial tasks under supervision.
• Collaborate with senior staff to support daily financial operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting recognized by the Qatari Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Fluent English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).
• Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Not academically sponsored by another entity in Qatar.
