Guest Experience Expert (Front Desk Agent)

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert delivers a memorable and seamless stay for hotel guests, handling everything from check‑in and check‑out to luggage assistance and local area guidance. This front‑desk position is hands‑on, requiring proactive service and the ability to move throughout the property to meet guest needs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, process check‑in and check‑out transactions, and issue room keys.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, provide information about local attractions, and resolve operational issues.
• Complete daily reports, maintain accurate records, and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb unaided (up to 100 lb with assistance) and navigate stairs, ramps, and confined spaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior hospitality experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and work in narrow or elevated spaces.
• Physical capability to lift and move items as described.
• Professional appearance, communication, and adherence to company policies.
